Surron Light Bee Frame Kit
This Surron frame kit is a cast-aluminum OEM replacement chassis for every year of the Surron Light Bee. It is built to stock Light Bee geometry, so your motor, battery, controller, forks and wiring bolt straight on. No cutting, no fabrication.

Specs:
- Main frame: cast 6061 aluminum, CNC-finished - mounting points line up with your stock components.
- 26° head-tube angle, 1260mm wheelbase - stock Light Bee geometry, so the bike steers and sits the way it did before.
- Swingarm: cast 6061-T6 aluminum, 465mm (18.3 in) axle to pivot - stock length, so your rear wheel and drivetrain carry over.
- Swingarm accepts a 12mm rear axle, 12mm swingarm axle and the OEM shock linkage - reuse your stock hardware or step up to a titanium swingarm axle.
- Subframe: cast 6061-T6 aluminum, two pieces welded - carries the seat and rear fender.
- Weight: 14.5 lb main frame, 4.5 lb swingarm, 5 lb subframe - 24 lb for the full chassis.
- Full kits come in White, Purple, Color Shifting Purple, Green, Gray and Black, with the swingarm and subframe finished to match the frame.

Is this a Surron-made frame?
No. It is an OEM replacement built to stock Light Bee geometry, not a part made by Surron. It takes every stock Light Bee component without modification.
Does it come with a VIN?
No. The frame ships without a VIN or a certificate of origin. If your bike is registered, plan for that before you swap frames.
Will my stock parts bolt on?
Yes. Motor, battery, controller, forks, shock linkage and wiring all move straight over from your old frame. Nothing gets cut or modified.
Does it fit the Ultra Bee or the LB2?
No. The Ultra Bee runs a different frame. The Surron LB2 (also called the Light Bee 2) is a new design on a new frame and shares none of these parts.
Are bearings and bushings included?
No. Swingarm bearings and headset bearings are not included. Install fresh frame bushings while the bike is apart.
Can I buy a single piece?
Yes. Choose Only Main Frame, Only Swing Arm or Only Subframe in the options. The standalone swingarm and subframe ship in black. The full kit is $1,125 for parts that run $1,698.99 bought separately.
